Bridge AI is an online conversion platform designed to facilitate seamless transformation of digital assets between formats (e.g., CLM, MI, or Veeva presentations).
We provide various plans (Freemium, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise) with different levels of access, usage limits, and support features.
We may update, modify, or improve the Service at any time to enhance performance, security, or user experience.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities under your account.
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our usage policies.

4. Free and Paid Plans

We offer different pricing tiers:

• Freemium: Free access for up to 10 pages (after e-consent).
• Starter Plan: €99/month for up to 100 pages.
• Pro Plan: €399/month for up to 500 pages.
• Enterprise Plan: Custom quote.

All paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

5. User Responsibilities

When using Bridge AI, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Not upload or distribute malicious, illegal, or copyrighted content without authorization.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the platform’s code or algorithms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account engaged in abusive or fraudulent activity.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the platform, including design, software, algorithms, logos, and content, are owned by Pixels Health or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Your uploaded files remain your property. However, by uploading them, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze them for conversion and service improvement, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

7. Data Protection & e-Consent

• By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Certain features (e.g., file upload, Freemium access) require explicit e-consent before activation.
• Bridge AI fully complies with the GDPR and commits to data minimization, encryption, and transparent consent management.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms.
• Your activity poses a security or legal risk.
• Required payments are overdue.

Upon termination, your access to the Service and stored data may be permanently deleted after a retention period defined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bridge AI and its affiliates shall not be held liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific business requirements.

11. Third-Party Services

Bridge AI may integrate with third-party services such as Zoho CRM or Google Analytics.
Your use of these integrations is governed by the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
